Every order you place with will be delivered direct to your door. Orders are handled by a specialist home delivery courier service, so speed and security are guaranteed.
Please note: Our drivers deliver only to your front door. They will, at their own discretion, put your sofas into the room of your choice in your home, however please be aware that if any damages occur due to this, neither Italian Sofas or the drivers will be liable for any damages caused to your sofas or your house.
UK delivery is FREE, no matter how small or large your order.
This excludes offshore Islands (including Guernsey and Jersey ,the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight), the Scottish Western Isles, Scottish Highlands and certain other areas of Scotland which may incur a surcharge depending on the exact area and the item(s). Please contact a customer services representative for details.
Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to despatch your goods as soon as possible. Items held in stock are delivered within 7 days. Other items are available on special order from our factory in Italy. If these special order items are going to take longer than 30 days we will inform you immediately and arrange a mutually convenient delivery slot. If a time to deliver cannot be agreed a full refund will be issued.
If you need an item in a hurry please telephone or e-mail us for a speedy response on how long your chosen item will take to reach you. Many styles are available for immediate despatch.
VAT Charges
All Prices include VAT at 17.5%.
